Elevate Euclid

Project Overview

The City of Chino’s Euclid Avenue Bridge Project will transform a critical north-south corridor between Pine Avenue and State Route 71 by reconstructing the roadway and bridge over Chino Creek to improve safety, mobility, and connectivity for commuters and goods movement across four counties. Following the completion of a Feasibility Study in 2024, the City is advancing the project into environmental review to address flooding in the Prado Basin and growing traffic demands by elevating the bridge above the 50-year flood inundation zone, widening the corridor to four lanes, and adding bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
