Eunice M. Ulloa currently serves as the Mayor of Chino. ?Mayor Ulloa has served the City in several capacities for over 30 years, starting as a Planning Commissioner, then as a member of the City Council, Mayor Pro Tem, and as Mayor. She is elected at-large. 

Mayor Ulloa is actively involved in various civic and regional groups. She currently serves as the City’s representative on the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), Omnitrans Board of Directors, and the Southern California Water Coalition. Additionally, Mayor Ulloa is a member of the West End Mayor’s Roundtable. Within Chino, Mayor Ulloa serves on the Chino Public Financing Authority, the Chino Legislative Policy Committee, the Chino Investment Advisory Committee, the Chino Solid Waste Committee, and as a Liaison to County Representatives for the Chino Airport and Prado Regional Park. 

Mayor Ulloa is committed to honoring the agricultural history of Chino. She believes that the city’s youth benefit greatly from agricultural education and works actively to preserve and educate residents on Chino’s incredible agricultural history. 

Prior to her retirement, Eunice worked for General Dynamics as a Logistics Project Manager and was Executive Director of the Chino Basin Water Conservation District. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development and Small Business Management from Cal Poly Pomona. 

Mayor Ulloa serves the city with the goal of business attraction, financial stability, public safety, and supporting youth programs.
