Do you know how much water you use? With just a few clicks, you can gain easy, digital access to service information through the City of Chino Utility Billing Customer Portal. 

The Customer Portal will allow you to view your current water usage, while also accessing previous months. The Utility Billing Customer Portal can help you get informed, conserve water, and save money! This service is FREE and available to most Chino residents and businesses.
