[ARCHIVED] Prescription Assistance Through Community Help

PATCH

Did you know the Chino Senior Center offers the Prescription Assistance Through Community Help (P.A.T.C.H.) program?

Many senior citizens today must choose between paying for basic living expenses or purchasing their much-needed medication. The Chino Senior Center partners with the Chino Cultural Foundation to make these funds available to those in need. The program is designed to help Chino seniors, over 50, on a limited income to receive a portion or full coverage for prescriptions. The P.A.T.C.H. Program provides seniors with monetary assistance to purchase life sustaining medication. The PATCH program is entirely supported through community donations.

If you are interested in contributing to this great cause, please visit the Chino Cultural Foundation website or the Senior Center at 13170 Central Avenue.

Do you know someone that would benefit from the program? Call 909-334-3453 for registration information.
