[ARCHIVED] Composting at the Chino Community Garden

Composting

Compost your food scraps! Help reduce the environmental impact of food waste and create healthier soil by bringing your food scraps to the Chino Community Garden (5976 Riverside Drive) and toss them into our hot composting pile.

Composting is the slow, natural decomposition of organics such as food waste, into valuable resources. Microorganisms break down this material into a nutrient-rich soil that can be used to fertilize and improve soil naturally.

Drop off your compost on Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00am at the Chino Community Garden (5976 Riverside Drive)
