The City of Chino invites the community to a two-day event, CHINO Days! This FREE family friendly event celebrates our City's culture by featuring Chino history, cultural arts, food, live music, and so much more! Bring the whole family to celebrate CHINO Days at the Civic Center, and don't forget your Chino pride!

Chalk Art Contest Information
As part of Chino Days, the City of Chino invites Adult (18+), teen (7-12th), and youth (K-6th) artists to compete in the Chalk Art Contest on Saturday, April 11. Artists will be provided a 5'x5' space on parking lot asphalt and one box of 12-count water-based pastel chalk. Chalk art must be Chino-themed. Judging will be on Saturday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. Winners from each category that place first, second, and third will receive a prize and will be recognized at a Chino City Council meeting following the event.

To celebrate our favorite places in Chino, the City of Chino, in partnership with the Chino Cultural Foundation, is organizing an art contest open to students in grades K-12. Contest winners will be recognized at the City’s Chino Days event on Saturday, April 11. All winning submissions will receive place ribbons, certificates, and will be recognized at a Chino City Council meeting following the event. No entries will be returned.

Food Vendor Information
If you are interested in becoming a Food Vendor for CHINO Days please complete the Food Vendor Application and submit the required documents. Applications may also be picked up at the Carolyn Owens Community Center, 13201 Central Avenue.

- Provide proof of Temporary Food Facility Health Permit with the San Bernardino County Department of Environmental Health Services
- City of Chino one-day temporary permit or provide proof of Annual Business License (due after approved by staff)
- Provide proof of $1 million liability insurance listing the City of Chino as an additional insured
- Provide proof of State Board of Equalization seller's permit for temporary location

The City of Chino will be accepting applications for retail and information vendors through March 6, 2026.
Apply now by completing the Retail / Information Vendor Application. The application provides an option for vendors to apply for the Fireworks Spectacular event as well.

Entertainment, Demonstration & Display Information
The City of Chino Community Services Department is seeking local groups to participate in the event through dance, music, entertainment, demonstrations, displays, or other activities. The City of Chino greatly appreciates your decision to participate in this event!
Entertainer Information:
