Referral Card Program

This collaborative program partners with the Chino Police Department to provide domestic violence intervention as a result of referrals made by the Police Department at the time of a domestic disturbance call. The Referral Card Program was developed after two departments within the City of Chino saw a need within the community and worked together to develop a program that would benefit the citizens of Chino.
