Food Vendor Information
If you are interested in becoming a Food Vendor for Chino Summer Nights, please complete the Food Vendor Application and submit the required documents.

Application deadline is TBD or until full.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1) City of Chino Vendor Application and Waiver.
2) Provide proof of Temporary Food Facility Health Permit with the San Bernardino County Department of Environmental Health Services.
3) City of Chino one-day business license or provide proof of Annual Business License.
4) Provide proof of $1 million liability insurance listing the City of Chino as an additional insured.
5) Provide proof of State Board of Equalization seller’s permit for temporary location.
