New Information in Homicide Investigation

Chino Police Investigators are seeking the public’s help with locating the outstanding suspect that shot and killed 25-year-old Thalia Flores on March 21, 2019. 

The suspect, Julio Cesar Rocha, a 25-year-old resident of Montclair, fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Chino Police investigators have linked the suspect to a Red 2015 Hyundai Accent 4 Door, CA License 7NCY743. He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’11” 275 lbs, with black short hair and brown eyes. 

The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. If you recognize him, please contact Chino PD Dispatch at (909) 628-1234 or Detective Chinnis (909) 334-3047. 

Update: On April 24, 2019, Julio Rocha was located in Mexico and subsequently booked at the West Valley Detention Center. He was wanted for the murder of Thalia Flores on March 21, 2019, and attempted murder of a second male victim.
