Press ReleaseIn accordance with statewide guidelines issued by Governor Gavin Newsom yesterday and today’s order by the San Bernardino County Public Health Officer, the City of Chino is canceling or postponing gatherings of 250 people or more, plus additional events and activities that may impact vulnerable populations, in order to protect the public and slow the spread of COVID-19.

Teen Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt (April 3)

City Manager Matt Ballantyne and the City’s Emergency Services Coordinator are actively monitoring the situation.  The City is receiving daily reports on this subject from the State and County Health Department.  Future events will be evaluated as guidance information is updated and status of events will be posted on the City website and social media.  Call (909) 334-3258 for inquiries regarding City-sponsored events and activities.  

Individuals experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should obtain medical attention and avoid venues and facilities frequented by many people, including work or school.
