Parking Permits

PARKING PERMITS

The City of Chino has designated certain residential neighborhoods within the City as “Residential Parking Permit Areas”. Within these areas, curbside parking is restricted to vehicles that properly display a City-issued parking permit. This is done to discourage overflow parking from local traffic generators such as hospitals and schools on to residential streets and ensure that residents living in neighborhoods close to these types of uses can use the on-street parking adjacent to their homes. A map illustrating the location of all “Residential Parking Permit Areas” in the City of Chino can be found below.

If you live in a “Residential Parking Permit Area”, you may obtain parking permits at the Chino Police Department. Residential parking permits are issued only to residents who live in these designated parking permit areas.
