Affordable Housing

The Section 8 Rental Assistance Program provides rental assistance to very low-income households. The family pays approximately 30 percent of their income towards rent and utilities, while the local Housing Authority pays the remainder of the costs.

In the City of Chino, the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino administers the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. Public Housing

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino operates two public housing projects in the City of Chino, and numerous others in various locations throughout the county.
