TYKES Nurturing Parenting Program

The TYKES Nurturing Parenting Program is a collaborative effort consisting of the:

• City of Chino
• Chino Valley Unified School District
• Chino Valley YMCA
• First 5 San Bernardino
• San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools

The program provides a multitude of programs and services for children from birth to 5 years of age and their parents including:

• 16-week Parenting Program
• Family and Child Development Resource Center
• Case Management
• Early Childhood Library (Books and puzzles)
• Computer/internet access for children and parents
• School Readiness Activities
• Parent as Teachers
• Child Care Information and Referrals
• State Preschools and After School Day Care Information
• Nutrition and Fitness Education
