If you have been arrested by the Chino Police Department, you may obtain a summary of your Chino Police Department arrest record. The summary will list the dates, charges and case numbers (if they are on file) for Chino Police Department arrests only. The summary will not include arrests made by other law enforcement agencies.
To request a copy of your local arrest history, please visit the Chino Police Department at 5450 Guardian Way between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Payment of the background (local criminal history) check fee is required, and may be made by credit or debit card. You may elect to pick up your arrest summary or have it emailed or mailed. Processing times vary, but requests are generally completed within 10 business days.
If you have been arrested in multiple jurisdictions, it is recommended that you request your criminal history records from the California Department of justice (DOJ) instead of requesting arrest summaries from multiple localities. For additional information on obtaining a copy of your California criminal history record, please visit the Attorney General Criminal Records Request page.
