NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
On May 7, 2012, at 7 p.m., the Chino Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the City Council Chambers, 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, California.
A public hearing will be held for the consideration of the following projects for which no environmental action is required and/or are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act:
PL12-0112 (Site Approval) – A request for approval of 75 single-family dwelling units on 10.4 acres of land at a density of 7.2 dwelling units per acre in Sub Area 10A, within the Medium Density Residential (MDR) land use designation of the College Park Specific Plan (CPSP), generally located northwest of Appalachian Street, east of Norfolk Avenue, and south of Eucalyptus Avenue (APN: 1026-051-02).

Tentative Parcel Map No. 18676 (TE5), Site Approval No. 2005-13 (TE5) and Special Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-23 (TE5) – A request to subdivide approximately 12.8 acres of land into five parcels and construct a 120,038-square-foot commercial shopping center and 23,555- square-foot office building in the CG (General Commercial) zoning district within the Central Avenue Specific Plan, generally located at the northwest corner of Central and Francis Avenues (APN: 1014-301-03, 04, 05; and 1014-291-08, 09).Applicant: Ting Hsian Kau, Pacific Chino Plaza
