The City of Chino, acting as the Successor Agency to the former Chino Redevelopment Agency is required to prepare a draft Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) in accordance with Health & Safety Code 34177 (l) (1) (2) & (3) (added by AB 1X26).
The ROPS lists all of the debts and obligations of the former Chino Redevelopment Agency, to include bond indebtedness, promissory notes, contracts, administration and operating expenses, and legally binding agreements. The schedule also lists a source of funding for each debt obligation.
The Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the former Chino Redevelopment Agency must review and approve each Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) in accordance with Health & Safety Code 34180(g) (added by AB 1X26).
This schedule for the period January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 was approved by the City Council, acting as successor agency to the former RDA on February 15, 2012 and by the Oversight Board on April 11, 2012. As a separate component of the ROPS, the Administrative Budget was approved by the Oversight Board on April 11, 2012.
This schedule for the period July 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 was approved by the City Council, acting as successor agency to the former RDA on April 3, 2012 and the Oversight Board on May 9, 2012.
This schedule for the period January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 was approved by the City Council, acting as successor agency to the former RDA on July 17, 2012 and by the Oversight Board on August 29, 2012.
An amendment to the schedule for period January 1, 2013 to June 30,2013 was approved by the Oversight Board on October 10, 2012.
This schedule for the period of July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 was approved by the City Council, acting as successor agency to the former RDA on February 5, 2013and the Oversight Board on February 13, 2013.
