The City of Chino is committed to preserving its neighborhoods and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. One way in which the City meets this commitment is by offering financial assistance, in the form of grants and/or low-interest deferred loans, to low and moderate income households to help finance needed repairs.
The City of Chino is not currently accepting applications for assistance under its Home Improvement Program as a result of the loss of program funding associated with the dissolution of the City’s Redevelopment Agency. City staff is currently seeking to identify and secure a replacement funding source to finance the program, and recommends that you re-check this website every few months for an update on the status of the Home Improvement Program.
