The City of Chino’s Housing Division is committed to preserving its neighborhoods and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. One way in which the City meets this commitment is by offering several home improvement programs designed to assist low and moderate income households with making needed repairs to their homes. Qualified households may be eligible to receive assistance under one or more of the City’s Home Improvement programs.
