In accordance with the provisions of AB 987, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chino (Agency) has prepared a database of affordable housing units in the City of Chino that were either (a) developed or otherwise assisted with Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds; or (b) otherwise counted toward the Agency’s inclusionary and replacement housing obligations imposed by Section 33413 of the Community Redevelopment Law. An electronic copy of the Agency’s AB 987 Database is provided below. The database will be updated annually.
Please note that the AB 987 does not represent a complete inventory of affordable housing units located within the City of Chino, nor does it represent currently available affordable housing units within the City of Chino.
