The City of Chino’s team of 317 full-time and 214 part-time employees work in seven departments; Administration, Community Development, Community Services, Finance, Human Resources, Police, and Public Works.
Fire Services are provided through a contract with the Chino Valley Independent Fire District (CVIFD) and the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) provides sewage treatment.
In addition to the administrative, safety, and ongoing activities many cities have, Chino is proud to offer several services not usually found in a suburban community, such as housing, family counseling, substance abuse and education.
