The City of Chino and Chino Valley YMCA present Healthy Family Day on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ruben S. Ayala Park.  The event is proudly sponsored by Chino Valley Medical Center, Healthy Chino, Watson Land Company, and Waste Management!

Vendor Information & Application

If you are interested in hosting a booth at Healthy Family Day, vendor applications will be available in early 2017. Priority is given to sponsors/partners, health-related, fitness-related and environmental-related vendors.  All applications are subject to review.

Applications requiring a payment must be submitted to:

  • Make check/money order payable to: City of Chino

Applications not requiring payment may be faxed or emailed to:

Please note:  In order to participate, vendor must have a City of Chino business license on file.  To obtain a City business license or a one-day permit, please call (909) 334-3263 or visit Chino City Hall, 13220 Central Avenue, during normal business hours.
