The San Bernardino County-Chino Civic Center Authority is a commission composed of five members--two members are appointed by the County Board of Supervisors, two appointed by the City, and these four members appoint the fifth member of the Commission. Meetings are held on an as-needed basis, with at least one regular meeting held each year. The Authority has the power to acquire sites and to acquire, construct, operate and lease public buildings and related facilities, and the power to provide for the development of the Civic Center Area.
